Hosting

The app runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes every request, including your IP address and browser details, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Our Worker keeps technical request logs for troubleshooting.

No tracking

We use no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Stored on your device

R&L AI photo identification

When you use /ai, your photo is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to identify the item and is processed only for that request; we do not store it. To enforce usage limits we keep short-lived counters keyed to your IP address.

Prices, tracking and request limits

Prices are calculated on our server and signed for 30 minutes. Quote and tracking requests are rate-limited per IP address by Cloudflare; we do not store these IP addresses.

Phone sign-in (once enabled)

Phone sign-in is not active yet. Once enabled, we store your phone number, the name you give, your requests (addresses, items, the restricted-items declaration) and a session cookie (rl_phone, up to 30 days) in our database to process your orders. One-time codes are short-lived.

Buy and ship requests

A request from the shop-request form stores only: the shop, the product link (kept as text; our server never opens it), size, colour, quantity, destination city, your note and a phone/WhatsApp number to reach you, linked to your account. Requests are kept while they are handled and as long as tax and commercial record-keeping rules require: [exact retention period — pending]. You can ask for earlier deletion at 2233rega@gmail.com.
